Judson Kimble is a pen name used by 512 Promotions LLC. 512 Promotions LLC is the controller of your personal data.

What is collected

• Your email address.
• Your first name, if you choose to give it. It's optional.
• The IP address and time of your signup, so there's a record that you asked to join.
• Whether you open the emails and which links you click in them.

Why

To send you the free email course you asked for and the notes that follow it, to keep a record of your consent, and to see roughly which notes are read and which links are used, so the notes can get better. Each email includes one link to a page that changes daily. That link may be an affiliate link, which means 512 Promotions LLC may be paid if you buy something after clicking it.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. That's why there's no cookie banner.

How long it's kept

Until you unsubscribe. If you'd like it gone completely after that, ask for deletion (see below).

How to unsubscribe

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you're off the list. No login, no questions.

How to see, fix or delete your data

Email judson@judsonkimble.com and say what you want: a copy of what's held about you, a correction, or deletion. You'll get a plain answer. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
